Campany Roofing's new owner and president, Jim Newell, has announced the release of the ACTION KAREŽ ROOF PROTECTION PROGRAM. This program focuses on providing commercial and industrial properties, homeowner associations, condominiums and property managers with a documented maintenance program. This program is designed to address the warranty requirements of the roof system manufacturer, as well as provide supportive documentation for the property's insurance carrier. It came to Mr. Newell's attention shortly after the purchase of Campany Roofing that many condominium and homeowner associations, as well as their professional property managers, are not aware of the non-warranted items contained in their manufacturers' warranties.

Mr. Newell researched the various roof systems and the manufacturers' documentations and determined that it would be irresponsible to allow Campany Roofing clients, customers, owners and professional property managers to enter another hurricane season without the opportunity to obtain and Action KareŽ Program. The documentation will provide proof to the insurance carrier when a claim is made that the roof system was in its optimal service condition prior to the hurricane, storm or roof damages from other causes.
